color grading of slow motion clips

Any one who worked on color grading of slow motion clips ,please help me.

From many days I am having big question. What kind of changes need to be taken for color grading a slow motion shots.I tried to grade couple of slow motion shots getting lot of noise and some blinking black lines are coming . Not able to understand. These are coming only for slow motion shots.
