I'll be very polite because I'm not happy with the product Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle because what I want is to capture the PS3 and I get this only in 10% of the attempts.
The data indicated are:
-Motherboard AsRock Z77 (Connected to the USB 3.0
Renesas driver-Controller: 1.0.214.3 and Firmware: 0000 (Knowing that I applied the higher version but sometimes it has worked 10%)

I managed to capture from the PS3 to 720p 59.94 fps but now not even the Media Express program works. I have installed the version 9.7.5 drivers and has gotten worse (I never get to boot Media Express) to re-install the version of the cd / dvd 9.6.5 drivers and in each uninstallment I have used Ccleaner to clean the records which drives to get a message reading “Launcher missing in C: \ programfiles (x86) \ blackmagicdesign \ blackmagic Desktop Video \ checkversion.exe"

I have just installed the 9.6.5 drivers and Media Express does not start/boot.
I want to download the renesas drivers and firmware and the website does not work.
Can you provide these drivers and firmware?
Thank you for your help and support

Regards,

I don't understand why BM don't seem to realize that the 9.7.7 drivers don't work for the USB 3 shuttle. I reported it about a day after the 9.7.7 drivers came out as well as posting up on the forum about it
