How to find out if Intensity Pro is damaged?

PostSat Aug 24, 2013 10:24 am

Hello everyone,

I bought Intensity Pro about 3 years ago and successfully used for about 6 months to capture xbox footage without any problem. Since then I stopped playing xbox, eventually changed my PC, and the card has been sitting in the box.

Recently, I wanted to start using it again but I just simply can't get it to work. I just get the famous blackscreen output no matter what I try. I've tried using it with both xbox, or PC, tried different hdmi cables, current and legacy drivers, even different PCs, but nothing helps.

But the card is recognized perfectly fine in the system, the drivers install fine and I can change all the settings, so this makes me think that maybe one of the input/output ports got damaged? But is there any way I can tell for sure, because I keep hoping my configuration is just wrong and the card is fine, but i've tried just about everything now so..

And in case it is actually damaged, do Blackmagic provide any kind of repair service?

Many thanks in advance

Can you post screenshots of "all the settings" that you have been changing?
