Hyper deck studio Pro

We have Media composer and FCP machines
while we need to capture via hyper deck studio Pro , and then take the SSD to the editing Machine, then we need to edit then drag the final clip to the SSD agin to play it back from Hyper deck but when we do this with all formats it doesn't play on hyper deck so please advise the right way to export the project from Media composer and final cut to produce native clip which will be played through hyper deck studio pro.
We noticed that when we bring the clip from SSD we find it with 16 channels audio and we cannot change it to stereo.
