A fast way to make off-line clips from 2.5k

PostSun Aug 25, 2013 11:56 pm

If I go out and shoot a bunch of 2.5k footage and want to throw it through Resolve (or something else) for the sole purpose of a 1 light color grade and to get it into an off-line (1080p or 720p), what's the easiest way? I would almost assume there has to be an application or something out there that takes the RAW files and makes usable movies out of them with a quick click and a batch processing? Is there???

HIERO.... (the foundry)

You can check if that work for your workflow, but you can use resolve as well as you're doing, the best part is that all the color/debayer decision you took can be saved and later you can color trace back to it
