3D issues with DeckLink Extreme 3D

I have many issues with a DeckLink Extreme 3D card:
- If I open Media Express application and try to play a 1080p24 clips the output SDI 1 format is 1080sf24 (segmented frame). Is it normal?
- If I open Media Express application and try to play a 1080p24 3D clips the output SDI (1 or 2) is very bad: The display is blinking and I can see a lot of horizontal green lines. I also noticed that the real fps goes down to about 16 fps while the cpu occupancy is low (16%). If I try to use the hdmi output then I cannot get a recognized output hdmi format...
Does anyone already exprienced the same issues? Does it mean my Decklink card is faulty?
