White Line with HDLink

I am experiencing a noisy white line at the bottom edge of my screen using a Dell U2713H monitor attached to an HDLink Pro DVI box.
Native monitor rez is 2560 x 1440 at 60 Hz.
Is this a known issue with this resolution?
I had no issues previously connecting to a 30" NEC.
