pro res 2k playback no realtime

our setup is following
Z800
Quadro 4000 slot 2
GTX Titan slot 5
32GB RAM
Windows 7 64bit
resolve 9.1.5.022
nvidia driver 9.18.13.2049
and we are not able to playback pro res 2k (2048x1536) in realtime. (about 17fps)
also with h.264 quicktime files. (5-6 fps)
Is there a problem with that setup?

Which Z800? What CPU's does it have and are you playing back from a single HD or a RAID?

2x Xeon with 3 Ghz speed.
i dont think that CPU is the problem.
files are on our san who is capable to playback 2k dpx files in realtime.

Hi, are they quad core cpus? What other cards do u have in the motherboard? And what slots are they in? Which Decklink? How is san connected? Thanks

yes dual quad core Xeon W5580 @ 3,2 GHZ
& as in the old config guide described.
Slot 1 Decklink 4k
Slot 2 Quadro 4000
Slot 4 10 GEthernet Card HBA
Slot 5 GTX Titan
Slot 7 ATTO Fibrechannel HBA
