Driver's problem with WIN 10 - No material's detection/BCC4K

Since I've bought my cinema camera 4K in 2018, i've never been able to connect my camera to my Alienware 15 R4.
I would like to upgrade the camera firmware and use the BRAW format but It doesn't work. I've checked on different website to see if I could download a driver but I have not found what I needed.
My PC says that I've a driver's problem but It can't fix it with his own settings.
I use Davinci for Colorgrading so far and It works pefectly. I have instal the latest version of "blackmagic Camera setup", no effect. It says "No camera or accessory found"
Here is my computer's settings upgraded : Alienware 15 R4
Windows 10 Family
Intel Core i7 8750H CPU 2.20ghz 2.21ghz
32 RAM
Nvidia 1070
