Archive Church Service Video

I'm new to so much here, so I have a collection of related questions. I purchased a Pocket 6k. I'm using it to record and live stream a church service. It's working great.

QUESTION 1) I record the whole service (1.5 hours - ~500gb BRAW). I need to record the whole thing to edit and post for a week. Then we delete the service video and only post the sermon. Is there a way to "trim" the BRAW to just the sermon since that's really all that we want to keep for the video archive? If not, is there a lossless or RAW format that we can export/deliver to keep just the 40 min sermon?

QUESTION 2) I want to archive two versions. First, the BRAW of just the sermon (see question above). Second, a very high quality color graded and sound edited version. I'm posting the 1080p or 4k version on Vimeo, but I want create an archival edited version. I'm super new to all this CODEC and Wrapper talk, so please be patient with me in describing specific settings that you would recommend for a solid "future-proof" edited archival version.

QUESTION 3) If I can get that trimmed BRAW version and a solid edited version (see questions 1 and 2), I need to store them somewhere. I'm considering Amazon Glacier. If I can get the size under 200GB for both those versions I think I can make it work. Any other suggestions for storage? Since I'm only doing this 52 weeks per year, LTO would be great, but entry cost makes it prohibitive.

Thank you SO MUCH for any help. All my drives are getting full and I really need an archiving and storage solution quick. Especially to the question of "trimming" the BRAW down to just the sermon. I think that would help a lot right there.

I might have solved the first question. I'm putting the clip into the timeline and trimming it to just the sermon. Then going back to "Media" and clicking on "Media Management." I'm choosing Clips/Copy/Copy and trim used media keeping 60 frame handles. Says it will trim the file from 390GB to 152GB. I'm assuming it will still be BRAW because I didn't choose Transcode.

First off, you need an external recorder to record Braw, like the the new Video Assist 3G/12G series. Also, all the recording is handled by the streaming software/hardware, and I don't know of any that supports a BRAW input. So here's my suggestion:

Since file size is a problem, you might want to shoot in one of the lower PRO-RES flavors. If quality is what you want, you won't be disappointed.
You can then start streaming from the beginning, and just when the service is about to start, you hit the record button. That way you record only what you want.

We use vMix for streaming in my church, and are about to upgrade to the "PRO" version, which will allow us to have TWO recording streams. One for the entire service, and the other for only the sermon, which is what we post online right after church. Cheers.

I'm not so sure. Shooting 12:1 BRAW in 4K is about the same size as ProRes HQ in HD, and is a vastly better picture.
