No longer able to capture HDMI with DeckLink Extreme 3D

PostWed Aug 28, 2013 8:22 am

I am no longer able to capture from an HDMI input of the Decklink HD extreme pro. All I see is a black screen. I have successfully captured before. Connected devices still go into HDMI handshake.
Windows 7. Went back to earlier drivers with no result.

What is the res and framerate of the source? Do you have the BM Control Panel set to HDMI and if you are using Media express do yo have it set to the same as the source?

All of the above. Tried several formats of the sources while trying to troubleshoot.
