FMLE + blackmagic intensity pro: Cannot adjust framerate

Hi

I am using intensity pro on windows 7 with fmle 3.2. The input source is 720p60.
Is it possible to set capture output lower than 60fps? I would like to capture at 30fps only for streaming. Please let me know if there is a way to achieve this with the intensity pro cards.

The capture cards give you exactly what is being delivered to the inputs. They don't convert. It's up to the encoding software to change that if needed. I'm not sure if FMLE can do that. I use wirecast - and it can do that.
