Morning:

I spent about 3 hours last night trying to get my BMIP working on the following system:

Intel Core i7 930 (First Gen i7)
Asus P6X58D Premium Motherboard
AMD Radeon HD 6870
Win7 x64

The intent is to stream PC games online.

Currently my display output when duplicating my primary display with the Intensity Pro is sitting at 1920x1080 @ 60hz.

All the settings with the control panel app and the Media Express settings seem like they're proper. I've attached them for your reference (using driver version 9.7.7):

Current physical setup:

HDMI Out on Radeon -> HDMI in (far left port) on BMIP
DVI Out on video card to external monitor

I do not intend to stream 1080i @ 60hz that is just the setting I ended up with last night after trying many on that list - I want to stream at 720p @ 30/60fps dependent on what my bandwidth can handle. The goal was to get in to other games that are currently not performing well due to the demand on my CPU to stream without this card.

I do however, want to be able to display 1080p on my monitor while broadcasting 720p.

Currently, I've searched on the xsplit site (the software I use to broadcast) and followed several walkthroughs without any resolve. I have not been able to find a solution that allows me to get the Media Express app to show the feed. For the sake of being thorough, I also launched XSplit and was not able to get the feed to show there either.

I've contacted support, but I wanted to use this card for a fundraiser I'm running this weekend. It won't be the end of the world if I need to stream off the CPU, but it'd be way better if I could- that is why I purchased this, after all.

Thanks in advance for your help- I apologize if I missed something, I tried to offer up as much info as possible.

So what do you have the HDMI out from the graphics that plugs in to the HDMI in on the BM Card set to? And when you say 'far left' do you mean the socket furthest from the analog breakout socket?

Yeah, the far left HDMI port on the BMIP, furthest from the analog socket.

Based on the information from my AMD driver software, when I duplicate my displays, the signal being sent to the BMIP card is 1920x1080 @ 60hz

Progressive or interlaced? If it's Progressive then the Intensity won't see it as it doesn't support 1080p60

On your image for the Blackmagic Control Panel you have Default Video Standard set as NTSC. That's (at least part of) the problem. You need to select the appropriate video standard THERE as well as what is in Media Express.

Are you aware of how to change the output on the video card to interlaced?
