Gooooood evening Blackmagic community,
I want to upload a video on Instagram and I uplodaded this as a test:

As you can see the footage is extremely choppy, I'm not sure what is causing this. On my cellphone the original video is smooth with no issue, but it becomes very choppy when uploaded.
I read that one issue could be that my phone sucks (LG G4) and that if I upload it with a better phone for example iPhone the rendering would be better.
Thoughts?
