Can't preview thumbnails in serial node

Hi,

Can someone please tell me why i cant see my thumbnail preview of my serial nodes .And I don't even see the selection outer mark when i select any node . I am using quadro K4000 graphics card. 12 Gb ram,8 core AMD processor.
I have attached a image .
Please can any one help me out to sort out this issue. it would be really helpful.

Hi, as per the published config guides, Resolve only supports Intel CPUs so this may be the first issue. Also, the K4000 is a good UI card but not in the processing power domain of the newer cards or even the older GTX 680. Not sure I can help you much here
