Not enought Vram pop up problem

PostSun Sep 13, 2020 9:08 pm

Hello Everyone,

I have a Dell xps I7 9750 with 16gig of ram and my video card is a GTX 1650 with 4g of vram

I'm editing 6k braw Q5 footage in a 4k timeline.
Everything is ok, I can edit with the proxies and can color grade fine.
The problem is when I want to use the stabilizer or the deflicker.
I get a black sequence and the error of not enought VRAM pop out.

Is there a way to let davinci work a bit slower and take time to actualy render those effect?
I dont realy care if it takes all night long.
Is there an option in davinci preference that I should use?

Thank you very much for your time !

Forget it. Your GPU doesn't cut it for any temporal process with a 4K timeline.
Go HD or get a card with more VRAM.
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.
