Hello,

What is happening is that ANY video i put on the Prem Pro 2020 Timeline stutters during playback. It stutters in the source window, it stutters in the program window....it does not matter if it is at 1/4 resolution, or full.
It also does not matter what format of video.....i tried mov, conversion to mxf, h.264...and they all have the exact same stutter.
I worked w/ a tech and we tried the following:
1. Uninstall and new install of: Black magic software for Deck link card.
2. Uninstall and new install of: Premiere Pro
3. Updated nvidia drivers:
4. Rolled back and tried PPCC 2019
5. Rolled back and tried May release of Black Magic Software
None of these changes helped.
Our final try was to remove the blackmagic software from the computer. WE uninstalled it and Premiere Pro worked perfectly with all of those file types and sizes.
Does anyone have any ideas of what I should do next to be able to have the decklink card software loaded, working, etc...and still have it compatible with PP2020.
Thanks In advance for any and all help. I hope I have provided enough information, specs and stuff to have you help me.
Mike
