Background moves with keyed subject

I shot some simple greenscreen footage. Added a simple solid color image and want to move my subject to the right side to accommodate slides. When I move the clip the entire frame moves along with the background color. How to make is that the subject moves without moving the background?

Where and how do you move it now? In Fusion, in Resolve side etc?

THANKS! From edit side. Figured it out. Had to draw a power window and that did the trick.
