Hello guys! Need help if there is any. Shot a music video with URSA MINI PRO (Image Size: 4096 x 2304
Frame Rate: 30,00). when i play the media is really bad off sync. How much do i need to slow down the project to get "real time" (25FPS).

Out of sync with what? Music recorded separately?
If you know it should run at 25fps then change in clip properties fps to 25 and then drag to your timeline. It will run at 25fps.

But you'll get a mild slo-mo that way.
If you are based in Europe and want 25 as your target frequency for broadcast, you'll need to keep the length. Set your timeline to 25 and just drop the footage into it without changing the rate. Resolve will then try to adapt it by frame Interpolation (see project settings). You'll need to choose the method that appeals to you (and your audience), since none is perfect.
My disaster protection: export a .drp file to a physically separated storage regularly.
