Hello we have a computer running windows 10 with one DeckLink Mini Monitor 4K installed and works perfectly fine but we bought and external pcie thunderbolt case to use that Decklink with a macbook pro.
We tested the Decklink mini monitor in the case for the first time with the macbook pro and worked with no problem but then that DeckLink mini Monitor was put back in the windows computer and after booting the pc Decklink asked for an actualization. After that actualization in windows 10, the Decklink card is not recognized by any of our apple computers but has no problem in windows.
I suppose is because of that firmware actualization, is there a way to downgrade the version of the card firmware? not the desktop video software
