Hello,
I recently upgraded to 11.6 and in OBS Studio my Decklink 4K input card coming from a Micro Studio Camera could no longer be delayed using the Async delay filter in OBS 26.0.0 or OBS 25.0.8
When any amount of delay was added to the input, the image froze on the last frame before the delay.
Reverting to 11.5.1 fixed the issue.
