Blackmagic Ultrastudio Mini Recorder - no power

Hi there,

Can you help? My Blackmagic Mini Recorder is not showing up in Desktop Video

It is showing in the System Information Thunderbolt Bus, but the power light is not on the unit

I have tried 3 different cables and 2 different computers

HI - I have the same problem and any camera connected is not showing on the Deck Top
