Decklink Mini Monitor 4K. Which HDMI to use?

PostThu Oct 08, 2020 8:04 pm

I have Benq 10 bit 4k monitor. I cannot turn on the 10 bit option via hdmi cable, only displayport allows that. So, my question is can I just buy displayport to hdmi adapter and use the cable that is capable of 10 bit on nvidia settings? Or I can use any hdmi cable for the output from decklink?

I don't think either option will work, plus the BenQ is not really true 10bit if I recall.
