No signal output with decklink mini monitor

Hi everyone ... for some time I had a decklink mini monitor card so I decided to install it in my pc but unfortunately it doesn't work! Can anyone help me understand why I have no audio or video output ?? My pc is a Hp Z420 with Intel Xeon CPU E5-1650 @ 3.20 Ghz with a 16.0 Gb Ram. I have Windows 7 Professional as an operating system. The editing program is Avid Mesia Composer 7.0.4 .... THANK YOU!

did you install and update the bm Desktop video drivers?
You may have to install Avid afterwards as well. One of these programs is a bit finicky, and needs to be installed after desktop video...can't remember if it is Avid or not.

check your settings inside the Avid, I work on Premiere Pro and there on preferences tab has "Playback/Media" where you set to show your monitor.

Yes, I installed all the drivers and I also tried to uninstall and reinstall Avid ... but with no positive results!

I see you are avid MC 7. Thats a long time ago for me...are we sure it was qualified for BM hardware?

Does the mini monitor show up in the media express program it comes with?

Does the hardware show up in your device settings?
