Hello,
I am trying to rewrap my media as closely as possible to the source. Is there a way of making the timelines timecode match the source without manually putting it in?
Thanks

Right click the timecode in the viewer and you'll get a few TC options that may be helpful.
Good Luck

I may be misunderstanding the original post, or this answer, but all that does is display the source timecode, but it isn't changing anything on your timeline settings.
When you create your timeline, there is an option asking what you want the timeline timecode to be called. I don't think you can select source tc as an option here, but i'm not infront of the box right now.
Manually entering your source timecode start time here, might be the only way to do it.
Even then, outputting this timeline so the timeline timecode matches would'nt necessarily be considered re-wrapping the files. Typically re-wrapping doesn't do any change to the file compression, but some files can be re-wrapped from mov to mxf, or mp4 to mov without any actual change to the file itself.
A true re-wrap wouldn't change the tc of the source anyway. Bouke has a couple of rewrap programs on his site video toolshed that might help.
