Freeze from Edit timeline

Hello,

I migrated from Premier and now owns Resolve Studio 16 and I am a new user. Is there a way to grab still frame in the time line without leaving time line to color grading section while editing...?

1- Is there a way to create a new tool to grab still from edit time line in the future versions..?

2-Is there a way to automatically generate the grabbed still into the media pool during the action...?
