[Intensity Pro 4K] Audio Issues when capturing

I have a BM Intensity Pro 4k and have been using it to capture VHS for 1 year.
Recently, for some reason, when using the Windows 10 option "Listen to this device", I am getting heavily distorted audio. This doesn't happen during capture, when I get perfect audio. Also, this issue started about 3-5 months ago.
I mainly use this function to monitor the audio capture, as some of my decks aren't featured with phone outs. A workaround has been using a standalone headphone amp after my TBC and a RCA splitter, but I wanted to use less equipment.
I am using the latest Windows 10 build (19041.572), BM software (Desktop Video 11.6) and Realtek Audio Drivers (Realtek HDA 6.0.9018.1).
Have any of you had any similar issue?
