When dragging in mp4 only audio shows up

The problem that I am having is that when I drag in my mp4 files It only shows the audio and the video is not there. Which is weird because earlier when editing I did not have this problem.

In the absence of relevant detail, I'm going to take a blind guess that your system is a 4 year old i5-5650 laptop with 8 GB RAM, no discrete graphics card, running Ubuntu 20.x and the free DaVinci Resolve 16.2.7. Further, I'll guess that the mp4 in question was downloaded from the web, and has h.265 video content with LPCM wav audio.

I may be wrong.
