Media Express software over Remote Desktop

Hello !!

As many of you guys I am teleworking a lot these days. At the beginning of the lock-down there was no issue using Media Express on a remote computer over the Windows remote desktop. But... it seems that things have changed now (new driver ?). When I try to start Media Express on a remote computer the software starts (with a white preview sreen) and 1-2 seconds after the software stops. It's not a crash, there is no pop-up error message nothing, it just quits.

Some of my colleagues have the exact same issue.

Do you know how we can deal with this "bug" ? Thank you for your help !!!
