Issues with Premiere Pro and Blackmagic Raw

In the last few days, after adding more effects to a 40 minute timeline of Blackmagic Raw footage in Premiere Pro, I'm running into error reports and crashing of Media Encoder. At first i thought it was a particular effect that was causing the issue as the crashing kept happening at the same timecode, but when exporting other sections, I was running into error logs. It seems Blackmagic raw is messing with Premiere...

Anyone had similar issues?

If worst comes to worst I think I'll have to export an XML or EDF of the timeline into resolve and re-export as ProRes. Is this the best fix? What are peoples thoughts?

It's an enormous timeline with lots of cuts and effects - I'd be devastated if I couldn't fix it!

Hi,
If the issue is always happening at the same timecode of the same .braw, could you share this .braw with us ?
Also, which plugin are you using and at which version ? Send us a screenshot of the Source Settings

It seems to be stopping at a particular timecode, which is a tripple nested sequence. I'll try and remake the sequence this morning to see if that's the issue.

I'm using Blackmagic Raw Update BETA 2.0 from Blackmagic.

Could you try in a fresh new project with an official version such as v1.8.1 ? Then you can reinstall the BETA.

You shouldn't use BETA in production, it's only for testing ;) !
