I am using a DeckLink 8K pro for acquiring a full hd signal at 50Hz. This signal is correctly displayed on a 3d monitor. When I use the decklink, controlled at low level using the SDK, the image is black and randomly the correct frame appears for a fraction of second. I have already used this card for acquiring 1080p60 with no problems.
Tested with last SDK and Desktop Video 11.6
I tried a 12G-SDI cable and 3G-SDI one with no difference, the same cables have been used for testing with the monitor.
The problem is present either the source is configured as 2d or 3d.
Any help is appreciated
