Dear Forum,
I am using Davinci Resolve studio (activated full version) on a new PC (Windows 10), that has so far only been used for Davinci.
I have recently created one Prores clip (from my Bmpcc6k) and three Wav's. All of them contain Timecode from Tentacles. For the Bmpcc6k I have correctly updated the timecode from audio in Tentacles timecode tool. I have also tried updating the timecode in davinci, leading to the same issue.
When I create a multicam clip from those files and synchronize the angles from timecode, there is no problem whatsoever and they are correctly synchronized. So that means the timecode is indeed correct.
The issue:
If I Auto Sync Audio Based on Timecode, and then put the Prores into my timeline, the Wavs do not follow, they are not synchronized. If I pull all 4 files from the media window to the timeline they apear besides each other (not below each other) and are not synchronized.
As far as I remember the process should be as easy as pulling the prores into the timeline and the wavs should appear below it, correctly synchronized. Postproduction is supposed to begin on wednesday. What am I doing wrong?
