I can't find a motherboard to assemble a pc that has at least 2 Thunderbolt3 to be able to use the Ultrastudio 4K mini device with T3.

Why do you need 2 ports?

Anyway, if you're building a new system just get a TB3 header support board and then add the Thunderbolt card in PCI-e slot.
In my example I got the Gigabyte AORUS MASTR X570 ( yes AMD ) and added the Gigabyte Titan Ridge V2 2 port TB 3 card, which is certified.

Make sure you get a motherboard that is supported and the correct revision, for instance REV 1 of my board does not have the TB header, where REV 1.1 and 1.2 does,
