Different Color when I render out a footage in DR

I have an issue whit some footages. I have an external Eizo monitor connected try decklink mini monitor which I use as reference monitor. Today i saw in RGB Histogram scope that some footages I color graded was over and under exposed. That footage that talk about has a blue wall at the bedground I change it to look like a bit of cyan. I rendered the footage and the wall was blue, everything was ok except that wall. When I back in DR I see that exactly part of footage was clipped in blue highlights(try RGB Histogram). Is possible that to be a problem with different colors or is something other.
