Problems connecting to Video Hub

I have a 72X144 Broadcast video hubs. When I first tried to connect to it, using videohub v7.0.1. And the PC was showing the video hub in the device manager but the software wasn't seeing it. Just for shots and giggles, tried different cables and reboots, got the same results.
Seen here on the forums some were having the same results with this version. So I uninstalled it and tried v6.3. A version I used years ago and worked well without a hiccup. Had success for about a day. Logged off the PC and logged back in and the software can't see the broadcast hub.
BTW I have a backup router that hasn't been used and plugged it in, tried to connect to it and got the same results.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So a quick update, Thought that the problem might have been the PC's at work having windows defender or the antivirus software blocking it.
Brought the spare home, connected it and installed 6.3.1 it worked well, till I rebooted. Then ran into the same problem. Open up VideoHub Setup and it says "No Video Hub Found" and it is also in the device manager.
