Issues with MacBook Pro + DreamColor Z27x G2 + Mini Monitor

Wanna try something out. I've got an older MacBook Pro late 2017 with Radeon Pro 560 4GB and one of UltraStudio Monitor 3G and one of the older gen thunderbolt mini monitor.
None of these are giving me a video signal to my HP DreamColor Z27x. The monitor is saying the link is active and reads cord, but still no video.
I've tried with the Apple brand Older Thunderbolt Adapter, still nothing.
Anyone got any ideas? I'm using Desktop Video Setup 11.6
