Black Magic Desktop Video not working in Adobe Premiere

My Decklink Mini Monitor & Desktop Video Software (11.7) work fine when I use Davinci Resolve, but when I use it the the latest Premiere Pro (14.6) & After Effects (17.5.1) Update, there is no output to my external Monitor. And the Adobe After Effects Preferences options no longer even corresponds to the now apparently obsolete Users Guide for Desktop Video Software (11.7). Is anyone else having this problem?

I didn't even know that the Decklink Mini Monitor and Desktop Video ever worked with Adobe Premiere or any other NLE other than Resolve.
