Hi there

I don't find any solution or a work around, checking topics about VA 4K.
Sorry in advance if there was one I didn't find.

I got a 2.5.2 firmware on my Video Assist 4K. It's not recognized any more by my 2 Catalina's 10.15.7 MacBook Pro (before USB C) and Mac Pro. (with 2 different USB cables, I'm admin...etc).
I don't think there is major or useful updates (?). I could be interested by them if so, but I even cannot transfer LUTs.
What's going on ?

Are you saying it was recognized before the firmware update?

I recently bought a Ninja V which worked with an old MacBook Pro, but not on Thunderbolt 3 models of the MacBook Air or MacBook Pro. The laptops recognize the Ninja, but the Ninja says there is no signal.

The 3G Video Assist finally became available and I got a small one. It works using a Belkin dock for the HDMI and also with the Apple AV adaptor.
