DeckLink Duo 2 on different VMs

Please help me.
I want to join to a Zoom/Teams meeting with video from an SDI source.
I use an SDI capture card and then I make the capture card the default source on Zoom/Teams.
Now I have to do this on 12x venues in 1x building. Can I use multiple DeckLink Duo 2 capture cards and assign them to multiple VM instances running on a Dell R740 server, I will virtualize with either VMWare, Hyper V or Nutanix. Has anyone done this? Please share your experiences.
