HP i7 8750 and GTX 1070 good enough?

Question about laptop. I found good black friday deal, and I'm asking is this working with Davinci Studio 16 and 4K (sometimes using noise reduction).
Is Nvidia GTX 1070 good enough, or should I spend few hundred euros more and get RTX 2070?
