2 HD-SDI in, 1K In and 1 HD-SDI out

I would like to know how to implement 2 HD-SDI in, 1 4K In and 1 HD-SDI out on a workstation using decklink boards.
Can it be done with a single 8K Pro board using its connector mapping feature? Should I set up the system with 2 different boards?
The application is Aximmetry, a virtual studio piece of software. I've been testing it with a decklink Quad and it provides 4 ins and 4 outs. I is able to mange several decklink boards.
