resolve 10 reads my 690 differently then resolve 9

The update to resolve 9 turned the read out of my gtx 690 from reading it as two seperate 690's to one card, claiming to no longer be using half for GUI. now after I installed resolve 10 it is back to reading it as two cards. Something I am missing?

(edit) Also I am getting waaayyyy less fps on playback of 2.5k raw files. I used to get almost real time now I am getting 10 fps

What am I missing? Something noobish?

Driver conflict/corruption maybe? What does utilization look like under load? Perhaps some application settings got restored to default in between version changes.
