DECKLINK 8K Pro not being detected

Hi all ,

Anyone got this issue on windows 10.

After installing Desktop video v12 my 8K Pro decklink card is not detected by any of my post software.


Only rolling back to v10.11.4 do I get a now basic output.

We found the same issues after a Windows update (20H2).

Started as a "defunct" signal into our Livestream Studio software but ended up losing everything after trying to update drivers.

Can't remember what version of Desktop Video we were on but tried to update to 12 and lost everything.

Hopefully your workaround will help us as well.

I am reading multiple posts on the same thing here with Decklink products, mine being a Quad HDMI Recorder. We've all had this after a Windows update.
Dell Precision 7810, Dual Xeon 2620, 72GB RAM, GeForce 1080ti 11GB, Win10 pro, Resolve Studio 17.1.

Thanks, mine worked after triggering a refresh in Windows Device Manager (uninstall Decklink instances, reboot) as per this thread: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=138728
