Decklink 8k Pro cause conflicts with NDI tools

PostSun Mar 14, 2021 6:47 am

Hello Folks,
I m having strange issue with Blackmagic Design's 8k pro Capture card with Newtek NDI tools. Capture card cause conflict with NDI softwares. How ever;
Called " Studio Monitor, Screen Capture " NDI tools not work properly (never open) and NewTek Connect tool crashes after a while when installed Deckling 8K Pro capture card even if capture is not working.
Whenever i remove this capture card from PCI , then NDI features work properly.

This is not require a support third party plugin with bmd capture card. This is an, obviously decklink 8k pro cause conflict ndi tools issue

Anyone have experienced this issue ? Any thoughts and recommendation i appriciated.

Tech. Details;
Decklink 8K Pro card instaled latest version of firmware and drivers.
Motherboard: Asus Z490-A
CPU: I9 10.Gen
Os: Fresh instaled Win10 - 64bit
GPU: Nvdia gtx1080ti

Best Regards
Volkan

Possible and also because 8K Pro is quite new card.
Have you tried installing different BM drivers (older/newer). It may help.
Also- try with Newtek itself. They may be able to comment.

What about talking to Newtek?
They may be more responsive than BM. I would not count much on BM support.
