Blackmagic Decklink Mini monitor

I have a problem with my preview on TV monitor using in Adobe After Effects with Blackmagic Mini Monitor.
Right now, I am using Adobe after effects CS6 and CC 2020 both in different PC's and in both I have tried all troubleshooting with mini monitor (driver, firmware, cleaning) but the issue I am getting is flickering and so much noise after opening project and the noise before opening any preview. Some of the times, the preview does not appear.
Hardware Specs:
Motherboard: Intel DZ77SL and Asus Maximus VI Hero
Processor: core i7-4770 and core i7-3930k
TV Monitor: Samsung
Software Using:
Adobe after Effects CS6
Adobe after Effects CC 2020
