As the title suggest, even though the 4K Pro card is advertised with 12bit color, it only outputs 10 Bit in Resolve.
It's essentially the same as with the Decklink 8K Pro, but for some reason BMD decided to patch in 12Bit output on the 8K Pro with Desktop Video 11.6/11.7 with a firmware update.
Since BMD conveniently deleted this card from their product page, here is the original tech spec sheet:
