Hi I am looking for a solution to the following problem;
My Video Assist 12g running 3.4.1 firmware will not display a 25fps signal from the Canon C300 mark3. It will however display the feed when the camera is set to 50fps.
Has anyone else encountered this problem and if so have you managed to get it to work?
I have tried all the options I can think of, reset defaults on both devices, tried both SDI out ports (monitor and SDI) as well as the HDMI. Ive tried different resolutions and recording formats- 4k UHD & DCI, 1080p as well as changing the monitor out feed resolutions - progressive, interlaced, 4k, 1080 etc but still cannot get a picture when set to 25fps, only at 50fps.
Its driving me nuts and I'd be grateful for any assistance.
