BM Mini Monitor & EIZO

Hi folks,
I'm having issues getting a picture from resolve into my EIZO CG241W.
HDMI to DVI-D cable.

I tried it with the "old" mini monitor and also with the mini monitor 3G, nothing!
Also tried any possible output variation in resolve (1080p50, 1080p60 etc etc) and in desktop video device. According to the specs the EIZO should be fine with "1920x1080 bei 60p, 59,9p, 50p, 48p
oder 47,8p"

I'm really out of ideas. Any help would be gladly appreciated

setup is:

macOS 10.14.6
resolve studio 16
desktop video setup 12
HDMI to DVI-D cable.

Manual says nothing about video modes with 1920x1080 resolution. Where did you get info about supporting video modes?
This is an old monitor (2007) which doesn't even have HDMI, so it's very unlikely it supports video modes.

got it from an Eizo brochure (see pic attached)

nevertheless, I solved the issue now with getting an used Flanders from a colleague
