(BMPCC4k) Transferring files to windows

How do you transfer the video files recorded on a BMPCC4k SD card to a Windows 10 PC to edit them in Premiere and Resolve?

Before recording: By formatting the card as exFAT.
After recording on a card formatted as HFS+: get www.paragon-software.com/home/hfs-windows/
