Frame.io is a fantastic service and we couldn't run our business without them. Their support is second to none, and they also have pretty good bandwidth. It's good for sending large video files -- depending on your account -- and it's also a way of creating multiple versions of files, all the way from high res to compressed 720P -- with very little trouble.
